SBA Examinations

The SBA Executive is continually reviewing expenditure with a view to holding the general subscription at its present level for as long as possible. Fees charged for courses run by the Education Committee have more or less covered their cost. Fees charged for examinations have been held at their present level since 1994 and no longer cover the costs incurred in running the examination system. At a recent meeting of the Executive it was agreed that from 1st January 2008 the examination fees will be as follows:

  • Basic Beemaster £10
  • Modules 1 to 8 £10 each
  • Microscopy M9 £20
  • Apiarian £20
  • Honey Judge £20

Submitted By SBA Executive June 2007.
